10 Little Portland Street

10 Little Portland street is an existing commercial office building located in London’s west End. Comprising of Ground, Basement and five upper floors. MRP completed a full refurbishment and alterations, to provide new open plan office accommodation, reception area, new ground floor entrance, roof terrace and common parts in a contemporary urban style with exposed services to the reception and ground floor and a new feature entrance.

The new entrance and ground floor treatment includes traditionally detailed granite cladding, contemporary geometrical tiling and feature stainless steel gates. The building was Pre-let to PR and advertising agency PSONA as their new London HQ. Whose contemporary fit out reflects the style and ambiance of the bare building.
